    With a deep-rooted background in sales and business development, Ekmee has spent her career working with leading names in Sri Lanka’s boutique hospitality and travel space, including W15 Collection, Manor House Concepts, and Hayleys Tours. She has played a key role in driving B2B sales, managing corporate and DMC accounts, and building brand visibility across competitive markets.

    Her expertise includes designing strategic sales plans, nurturing industry relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities through proactive outreach and strong market understanding. Ekmee also has experience managing OTA platforms and supporting marketing efforts to align with overall business goals. Known for her personable style and attention to detail, she brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to everything she does—always aiming to deliver experiences that are as refined as they are memorable.

Her career as a project manager spans sectors such as digital, design, retail, and brand strategy — where she has delivered large-scale, cross-functional programs with precision, empathy, and a deep commitment to quality.

    Guided by her lifelong love for travel and her Sri Lankan heritage, Nayan is passionate about showcasing the beauty, depth, and soul of the island to a global audience. She believes travel is not just about movement — it’s about meaning. Her approach is thoughtful and meticulous, balancing luxury with authenticity, and design with feeling. With every itinerary, Nayan seeks to create experiences that feel both elevated and emotionally resonant — experiences that stay with you long after you’ve left.

Their career spans sales, business development, and bespoke travel curation across leading hospitality brands including Jetwing Travels, Walkers Tours and leading small luxury boutique brands.

    Ravi has managed high-value accounts across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia, with a focus on FIT travellers, boutique travel agents, and tailor-made experiences. Their background includes both online and offline sales management, reservations, DMC coordination, and long-term partner development — making them an invaluable asset to the strategic and operational foundation of Sundara Stories.
